Self-Assessment of the Quality Management System for Compliance  with GOST R ISO 9004-2010 on the Example of a Medical Institution

This work is devoted to conducting  a self-assessment of the QMS for compliance with GOST R ISO 9004-2010 on the example of a medical institution in the Kemerovo region. A self-assessment of the QMS was carried out, using the results obtained,  a petal diagram was constructed and the level of maturity of the institution was determined. The result of the self-assessment was the identification of priority areas of impact that will be used for planning activities, their subsequent implementation and monitoring.
