Model of the Interaction Process Based on the Application of Clustering Methods

A model of intersubjective interaction processes has been built. The features of the organization of the process of interaction between education, science and production, the main aspects of the clustering algorithm of the established criteria and indicators of development are described. The principles of the ESM quality strategy are established.
