Occupational Safety and Health Management System at Work: Problems and Perspective Directions of Development

The article shows the relevance of the topic, the content of the terms: occupational safety and health management system (OSH), «human resources». Describes the main features of investment in human resources. The problems of labor resources management are considered, prospects are marked. The conclusions of the study of the labor protection management system at work, the system of effective human resource management are presented, the corresponding problems and development directions are highlighted.
