Process Improvement Quality Management Based on Methodology of Innovation Management

The article studies the problem of application of innovation management methodology (complex of European standards CEN/TS 16555) in quality management systems (new version of the standard ISO 9001:2015). The introduction of innovative management with the already existing certified quality management system in the organization is considered as a modern and effective method of implementation of the well-known from the standard ISO 9001:2015 of the principle of quality management «Improvement». The authors propose a process model of innovation management, presented graphically in the form of a scheme, which shows how the application of innovative management techniques can improve the implementation of quality management processes.
