Improving the Quality of the Production Plan by Using the Principles of Leisure Manufacture

The methods and tools of lean manufacturing that are mandatory for use in the implementation of the planning process of a high-performance enterprise are described, the necessity of their use and benefits in case of their correct use are justified.
